1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or booking services through PawNose (pawnose.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These services are managed by Mr. Arshu from Clement Town, Dehradun, with technical architecture backed by AlixDeal Company.
2. Booking & Service Execution
PawNose provides professional pet grooming and doorstep care services. Users must ensure accurate location details, correct contact numbers, and a safe environment for our grooming staff upon arrival at the designated address.
3. Advance Payment & Strict No-Refund Policy
All advance booking fees or token payments made for scheduling pet grooming sessions are 100% Non-Refundable. Once an appointment is secured and slots are allocated or our team is deployed, advance amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances.
In case of rescheduling, clients must inform us at least 6 hours prior to the appointment slot. Rescheduling is subject to slot and groomer availability.
4. Pet Health, Behavior & Safety
Pet owners assume full responsibility for their pet's behavior. If a pet displays extreme aggression or has infectious medical conditions that endanger our staff, PawNose reserves the right to cancel or halt the service immediately without any refund of the advance fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our professional groomers exercise utmost care and safety protocols, PawNose and founder Mr. Arshu shall not be held liable for unforeseen accidents, allergic reactions to standard grooming products, or pre-existing medical issues in pets.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our booking platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
